Cancellation Policy

Royal Wedding Chapel Booking Policy By booking a ceremony at Royal Wedding Chapel, you agree to the following terms: 1. Arrival & Timeliness All parties must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled ceremony time to check in. If the couple is more than 15 minutes late, a $25 late fee will be charged, and the ceremony will be rescheduled based on availability. 2. Cancellation & Refunds A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your reservation. If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before your scheduled ceremony, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled ceremony are not eligible for a refund. All payments will be forfeited. 3. Guest Limits Guest seating is limited based on the chapel selected: Tree of Love Chapel: up to 60 guests Crystal Chapel: up to 30 guests Guests over the seating limit will not be permitted to enter due to capacity and fire code restrictions. 4. Bridal Suite Use Use of the bridal suite is included with select packages, or available as an add-on (30-minute or 60-minute options). All personal belongings must be removed from the suite before departure. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items. The suite must be left in clean and undamaged condition. Any damages will result in additional fees. 5. Officiant Services All officiants are independent contractors, not employees of Royal Wedding Chapel. Officiant fees are not included in your chapel package and must be paid in cash on the day of the ceremony. The officiant is responsible for filing your marriage license with the appropriate county office. 6. Photography & Media Policy We provide an inhouse professional photographer for all ceremonies. Guest photography or videography is not permitted, unless a media pass is purchased in advance. Ceremony photos include images from the bride's entrance to the couple's kiss. Posed photos include group and couple portraits taken after the ceremony. Most packages include ceremony photos. Additional posed photos and video are available for purchase after the event. 7. Damages The couple is fully responsible for any damages caused by themselves or any member of their party or guests. Repair or replacement fees will be charged accordingly. 8. Marketing Agreement Photos and videos taken by our staff may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. You may choose to agree or decline this at the time of booking.
